How To Order Fire Pits / Fire Pit Hazards

For our “Personalized Fire Pit” product you will follow similar steps as listed above. The “Personalized Order Requests” text box is where you’ll leave us a description of what you’d like seen on your design rendering. Please note that the photos shown in the product link are only used as examples and shouldn’t be assumed to be all we can do for personalization on the rings.

 

 These are a few examples of order requests when listing requirements in the field.

           Please add Sunset and Adirondack chairs

 

I would like to have a motorcycle theme with the name “Wilson” on the ring”

 

I would like to have my business logo added to the ring (I will send via email) and company name “XYZ Holdings”

 

I would like to have our family members names “Christopher, Robin, Danielle, Matt, Julie + a polar bear + an owl + a deer + fish

 

Once you place your order we will receive these requests. Typically we will send an email back to you with a digital rendering for your approval in 1-3 business days. If any changes need to be made to the design rendering we will do so at this point. Once we get approval will proceed to cut your ring out of steel!

Please read and understand that the following is true regarding our products and fire pit rings, both Generic and Custom.

 

 

Our Fire Pits are built out of steel to hold up to the abuse of the elements that they are exposed too. The nature of the material and design of products we sell have sharp edges on detailed cut-outs (which allows you to see the glow of the fire in the form of a design/silhouette and/or wording etc through the steel). This is not something that is a constant danger however, care must be taken when handling our fire pit rings and other products.

 

 

These edges/protrusions can pierce skin if in contact with enough force and for that reason it is recommended that once the ring is in place, you stay 1ft away from it in any direction other than when cleaning or moving to storage is necessary. Please ensure that others are also aware of potential hazards associated with the ring (kids, friends.. etc).

 

We do our best to de-bur the edges, both top and bottom, on our rings but over time through the change in the material composition via oxidization and general wear, edges can make an appearance again.
